Tyee Charters specializes in light tackle angling on Puget Sound. We use only the finest tackle and with names like Sage, Islander, Shimano and Gamakatsu – you can be confident that you are fishing with the best in the business.
Location: We operate out of Eagle Harbor on Bainbridge Island from the Harbour Pub Marina and from Shilshole Bay Marina located just minutes from downtown Seattle making it convenient for out-of-town anglers. Capt. Matt books fishing trips year round and is a full time Guide and Charter operator.
Method: When we troll we use Sage 10 1/2 ‘ rods and Islander Mooching reels we feel this gives the angler the ultimate fight. We use Shimano conventional reels as well with Sage 9’ rods. We have all types of gear suited for any fishing situation that comes up.
Owner and Captain Matt McCulloch was born in Union, WA on Hood Canal. He grew up fishing Puget Sound and the Olympic Peninsula rivers for Salmon and Steelhead, and since 1994 he has been guiding anglers into spectacular fishing throughout Washington and Alaska.
